Responsibilities: Physical therapy evaluations, establish plan of care, assist with rounds and care conferences as indicated. Frequent communication with rehab team on patient progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs. Requirements: Must have experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting. Must have CPR certification and NC PT license. Prefer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III NBCOT
