with stepdown unit experience to support patient care in
Waynesville, NC. This role involves providing specialized nursing
care to patients who require close monitoring and intermediate

shops and dining. Responsibilities - Monitor patients transitioning
from critical care with vigilant assessment and documentation -
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed -
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement
patient care plans - Educate patients and families on health
management and recovery processes - Maintain compliance with
healthcare policies and safety standards Qualifications - Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Experience in stepdown or
progressive care units preferred - Strong clinical assessment and
