Experience with all aspects of Labor, Delivery, Recovery,
Postpartum patient care. Experience circulating C-sections.
Experience with newborn care, including heel sticks, 24-hour
testing, NAS scoring, and lactation support. Postpartum care
experience. Newborn resuscitation (NRP) experience. Description:
Facility comprises 33 beds. There are no trauma designations. It is
not a teaching facility and lacks chest pain center accreditation.
Currently, there is no stroke accreditation. There are 2 triage
rooms, 4 labor and delivery rooms, and 9 mother-baby rooms, along
with a C-section suite. The facility anticipates approximately 900
deliveries per year once fully functional. Patient ratios will
align with AWHONN guidelines. The nursing team requires experience
supporting both Labor and Delivery and postpartum care. Floating
will be required within the specified region and must fall within
the scope of practice. If required to float mid-shift, the nursing
team will be compensated for travel time between facilities while
remaining on the clock. Travelers will work every other weekend and
are expected to work 75% of holidays. Requests for time off will be
accommodated for up to 6 days (excluding holidays), with provisions
for extending the contract if necessary. Shift times consist of 7
PM to 7 AM. The scheduling cycle occurs every 6 weeks. The dress
code requires navy blue scrubs or business casual to/from work,
with hospital-issued scrubs utilized while working. Requirements
