Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a valued
member of our organization, you will play a critical role in
fulfilling our mission to provide dignified and comforting
end-of-life care to pediatric patients within a hospice setting.
This role demands a deep commitment to caring for young patients
and their families during life's most meaningful moments, offering
personalized support tailored to individual needs. Provide skilled
nursing care to pediatric patients in home and hospice settings.
Develop and implement comprehensive individualized care plans.
Communicate regularly with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare
professionals to ensure optimum care. Offer support, compassionate
care, and education to families during their care journey. Monitor
and accurately document patient conditions and treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Adhere to all
professional and ethical nursing practices. Strong clinical skills
in pediatric and hospice care Ability to communicate effectively
with children and their families Proficient in using healthcare
software for patient documentation Strong organizational and
multitasking skills Empathy and interpersonal skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Certification CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse)
certification preferred but not required
