Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Lincolnton,
North Carolina, 28092! Job Title: RN - Labor & Delivery/Postpartum

licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM Must-Have: - Labor
and Delivery Nurse skills including labor management, circulating
cesarean sections, pre-op, PACU, triage, resuscitation of newborns,
Pitocin management, and epidural management. - Ability and
willingness to work in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum
setting. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor &
Delivery/Postpartum. The unit has 10 labor, delivery, recovery, and
postpartum beds, 2 OB beds, and 2 triage beds. Average patient
census is approximately 7 patients per day. Patient ratios include
1:2 for inactive labor, 1:1 for active labor, and 1:3-4 for
couplets. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of
LDRP experience. First-time travelers may be accepted if necessary.
The department includes support staff such as scrub techs and
charge nurses. Nurses will perform phlebotomy and are responsible
for IV management and telemetry monitoring. Nurses will float as
needed within regional facilities and scope of practice. The
scheduling rotation includes every other weekend and no on-call
shifts. Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays. RTO can be
approved for up to 6 days off, excluding holidays. The unit has a
positive culture and is family-oriented. Scrubs will be provided. 5
