Job Description Job Description Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Free food & snacks Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule NOW HIRING: Direct Care Staff (DCS) Level III Residential Treatment Facility Position Overview Direct Care Staff provide direct supervision and support to youth in a Level III Residential Treatment Facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while assisting residents with daily routines, behavior support, and life skills development in accordance with each clients treatment plan. Key Responsibilities Provide 24/7 supervision to ensure safety and well-being of residents Support behavior management plans and reinforce positive behaviors Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, chores, and routines De-escalate crises using approved techniques and trauma-informed care Complete timely documentation (shift notes, incident reports, behavior logs) Transport residents to school, appointments, and community activities (as assigned) Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years old Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with youth in residential or behavioral health settings Education in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Crisis intervention or behavior management training Skills Needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Consistent and fair in enforcing facility rules Strong documentation and time-management skills Work Environment Residential treatment setting for youth with emotional/behavioral challenges Physically active role; must be able to respond to behavioral crises Why Join Us?
