Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Mental Health Counselor – Pediatrics (Travel) Location: Asheville, NC Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (No Weekends or Holidays). Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions for pediatric patients Participate in daily treatment team meetings with psychiatrists, APPs, RNs, and behavioral health technicians Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR Engage with patients and families to promote understanding and support during treatment. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field – Required Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.) – Required Minimum 2 years of pediatric or inpatient behavioral health experience – Required CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) and BLS certifications – Required Strong interpersonal and therapeutic communication skills EMR proficiency (Cerner preferred)
