Rental Dockhand Opportunity We’re hiring dependable part-time help
for the summer season to support day-to-day boat rental operations.
This is hands-on, outdoors work—ideal for someone who’s
responsible, enjoys working around boats and customers, and can
stay calm and professional during busy weekends. Anticipated start
date will be in early May What You'll Be Doing As a Boat Rental
Dockhand, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a
smooth and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will
include: - Assisting customers with boat rentals, including
providing safety instructions and answering questions. - Moving and
Preparing boats for rental by performing pre-rental inspections and
ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready to go. - As needed,
helping around the shop. What We're Looking For To succeed in this
role, you'll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a
boating-related role, specifically driving a boat. (If you don't
have boating experience, please don't apply). - A friendly and
approachable attitude with strong communication skills. -
Comfortable working outdoors in heat/sun and around water. - Able
to lift 30–50 lbs and handle physical, on-your-feet work. -
Availability on weekends/holidays is strongly preferred (peak
