Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the "face of the brand," greeting
potential customers with a friendly, professional demeanor. Product
Expertise: Learn and master our product suite to provide clear,
concise, and persuasive information to prospects. Lead Generation:
Initiate conversations and build rapport with diverse groups of
people to identify potential sales opportunities. Strategic
Marketing: Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and events
to increase brand awareness. Reporting: Track daily interactions
and feedback to help the management team refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills: The "Human" Element: Naturally outgoing,
friendly, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
Growth Mindset: A strong "willingness to learn" and a coachable
attitude. Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or
hospitality is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Leadership: Veterans and those with prior management experience are
