creating lasting value. JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Sales serves
as both a people leader and an active contributor, balancing
responsibilities as a coach to the sales team and a player in
driving revenue directly. This individual will build, mentor, and
develop a highperforming team while also maintaining a personal
book of business, actively pursuing new opportunities, and
strengthening client relationships. This role requires someone who
can set the tone for sales excellence, lead by example in the
field, and drive growth in Renova One’s multi-family division.
Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Actively drive Renova
One’s revenue strategy by retaining existingcustomers, adding
services and acquiring new customers Lead, coach, and develop a
sales team—providing hands-on training, fieldsupport, and
professional growth opportunities Execute a comprehensive local
sales strategy to exceed revenue goalsthrough local, mid-market and
National Account execution Establish high, wide and deep
relationships at property level (PM andMaintenance Mgr), management
company level and owner level Establish sales targets, monitor
performance metrics, and analyze resultsto identify opportunities
for continuous improvement Teach your team how to leverage
enablement tools (CRM, measure tooland quote tool) to drive
efficiency Teach your team sales methodology to drive effectiveness
Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales
efforts withbusiness objectives and ensure seamless project
delivery Stay engaged with market trends and competitor activity to
adaptstrategies and maintain a competitive edge Represent Renova
One at industry events, conferences, and clientmeetings, serving as
both a brand ambassador and subject-matter expertin flooring
solutions Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and
budgetaccountability while maintaining your own active pipeline
Works with finance and HR on accurately and timely payment
ofcommissions Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration,
and results within theteam Member of Revenue Leadership Team (RLT)
that creates strategy andpolicy and owns the Sales Leader Playbook
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience, with at
least 3 years in aleadership or player/coach role Track record of
personally generating significant revenue while leading asales team
to success Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities,
with a passion fordeveloping talent Knowledge of the flooring
industry or adjacent construction/renovationsectors strongly
preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and
relationship-building skills Skilled in sales planning, pipeline
management, and CRM systems Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, or related field preferred OTHER: All offers of
