Johnson Controls is looking for a seasoned Sr Security Systems
Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the Sales & Business
Development department. As a global leader in smart building
technologies and security solutions, Johnson Controls is committed
to leveraging state-of-the-art systems to enhance building
efficiency, sustainability, and security. In this role, the ideal
candidate will drive the sales of our security solutions to large
enterprises and government agencies, ensuring alignment with client
needs and fostering long-term relationships. This position involves
strategic planning, extensive client interaction, and coordination
with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored security solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand market
share within the security systems sector. Maintain and enhance
relationships with existing clients while effectively identifying
and securing new business opportunities. Work closely with project
and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions precisely
meet the customer's requirements. Conduct detailed needs
assessments and customize security solutions to maximize customer
satisfaction and return on investment. Prepare and deliver
presentations and proposals to key decision-makers. Stay abreast of
industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
in security systems. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the
overall revenue goals of Johnson Controls. Proven expertise in B2B
sales, particularly in the security systems or related technology
industries. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational
levels. High competence in sales strategy development and
implementation. Technical knowledge of security systems, including
CCTV, access control, and intruder detection. Proficiency with
sales management software and CRM tools. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales certifications such as
Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or Certified Sales
Leadership Professional (CSLP) are preferred. Technical
certifications related to security systems are highly
advantageous.
