Job Description:
Manpower is seeking a dynamic and experienced FL Regional Sales
Manager to join our high-performing sales team in the manufacturing
sector. This role involves strategically driving sales growth and
market penetration across Florida, leveraging our industry-leading
workforce solutions to connect businesses with skilled talent. The
ideal candidate will be a proactive and motivated professional with
a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and a proven
track record in sales leadership. At Manpower, we enable businesses

Florida region. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
expand customer base and ensure strong presence in the Florida
region Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to
achieve sales targets and growth objectives Analyze market trends
and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align
sales strategies and optimize client satisfaction Manage key
customer relationships and participate in closing strategic
opportunities Forecast and track sales metrics, preparing detailed
reports on sales performance and market insights Strong leadership
and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation,
and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales
management tools Deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry and
market dynamics Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and
translate results into better solutions Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or
similar certification preferred Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus
