Job Description:
Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Retail Security
Supervisor to join our retail operations team. This role is crucial
in ensuring the safety and security of our retail environments,
focusing on both the protection of people and assets. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate expertise in security management,
possess strong leadership skills, and show a proven ability to
handle security issues effectively within a retail setting. Oversee
the daily operations of the retail security team, ensuring all
security staff are performing their duties to the highest
standards. Develop and implement security policies and protocols to
effectively manage and reduce risks associated with theft,
disturbances, and other security challenges in the retail
environment. Train and mentor security staff on best practices,
emergency response procedures, and customer service excellence.
Coordinate with retail management to assess and analyze security
needs, adjusting strategies and practices to meet the evolving
demands of the retail landscape. Ensure compliance with all
relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to
security operations. Manage incident response and reporting,
including investigations of security breaches, to minimize impact
and implement corrective measures. Lead and motivate the team in
achieving excellent performance, while fostering a culture of
teamwork and continuous improvement. Proven ability to lead and
manage a team in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving
skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of
surveillance systems and other security-related technologies.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS International
preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications required.
