Allied Universal is seeking anIntel Analyst for a Global Security Operations Center in the Research Park/University area of Charlotte Schedule Requirements Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM This position is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the GSOC team consisting of GSOC Specialists, as well as lead, coach and provide guidance and motivation among the team. The Team Lead will also manage training, lead special projects, and provide clear vision along with goals, objectives and team expectations while maintaining a professional manner. Job Overview ? Emergency management and critical incident management focused on direct response plan activation support, coordination with the response team leaders from the major disciplines and risk owners, bi-directional communication leveraging technology for mass notification/emergency notification, and similar. ? Risk, threat, and vulnerability (RTV) analysis with a strong focus on global, real-time situational awareness and risk assessment for our team members and customers; corporate security intelligence and information sharing aligned with the business' needs. ? Research and analyze a wide range of information and create insightful analysis in accordance with strict deadlines, including presenting and incorporating relevant data and visualizations. ? Planning, coordination, and execution of crisis management exercises and/or actual events. Prepare and deliver post-exercise reports in a timely manner detailing all success and issues encountered. ? Assist with incident response efforts and manage alignment with overall business objectives; developing, planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of employee safety, business continuity resourcing; and support of corporate security and internal / external customers. Duties and Responsibilities ? Manages the performance of RTV assessments; determines deviations from acceptable indicators, triggers and tripwires; aids in the assessment of the level of risk; develops and/or recommends appropriate risk adaptation or mitigation countermeasures. Aids the risk owners in identifying and remediating risks in a timely manner. ? Extract essential information and analysis from a variety of sources and synthesize the information into actionable reports. ? Prepare graphs, charts (link analysis, event flow analysis, activity charting), tables and other illustrative devices for visual presentation of data. ? Support a cross functional team in participating in full spectrum risk analysis and threat assessment application and communication. ? Monitor Global incident alert tools, media, and additional platforms for events that impact or have the potential to impact Client facilities, operations, or associates. Preferred Qualifications ? Previous experience in Intelligence analysis and or watch officer skill set in the intelligence community, the military, law enforcement, or a related global security role in the private sector. ? Bachelor's degree with 3+ year's relevant experience; or equivalent professional experience in a GSOC or similar role. ? Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing an operational security strategy in a large, complex, multinational and diverse environment with successful outcomes.
