- Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in
everything you do
- The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as
you can working as a Behavior Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Must have completed a minimum of 10 months of a verified
Master's of ABA coursework through an accredited university
- Must have completed at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at
least 300 of those hours unrestricted
- 2 years post-bachelor working with children with developmental
disabilities
- Must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification through the BACBWho We Are:
