following job description: If located in a Truist hub city
location, the work style will be: In Office (5 days/week). Build
valuable relationships with business leaders to translate business,
client, and product strategies into supporting marketing
strategies; apply knowledge of customer/client behavior for the
business and provides insights into product strategy development as
well as segmentation and targeting. Collaborate with internal and
external marketing partners to develop and execute marketing
programs for the business and ensure alignment of all strategies to
the Truist Purpose and Brand. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Apply in-depth and specialized expertise and/or a significant
breadth of expertise in Marketing and other related disciplines
including creative development and market research. 2. Manage large
marketing initiatives, utilizing all marketing channels include
digital. 3. Interpret internal/external business challenges,
including client needs and competitive marketplace and recommend
best practices to improve products, processes, or services. 4.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates to
solve technical, operational, and business problems. 5. Lead teams
or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and
complexity. 6. Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own
technical expertise. 7. Directly impact the achievement of client,
operational, project, service, and risk management objectives. 8.
May have people management responsibilities. 9. Work independently,
with guidance in only the most complex and unusual situations. 10.
Deliver programs on budget and on time. QUALIFICATIONS Required
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable

Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related
field, or equivalent education and related training 2. Five years
of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience 3. In-depth knowledge and expertise of principles,
practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the
Marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing P’s, Market research,
analytics, digital) 4. Experience managing or leading projects or
project work streams and operates as a lead in a specialty capacity
5. Knowledge of client needs and competitive landscape and the
factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market
6. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range
of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders 7.
Ability to provide direction, coaching and mentor teammates 8.
Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint, preparing presentations for senior
level teammates 9. Developing presentation skills and communication
skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. MBA or Master's degree in
related field 2. Ten years of related experience 3. Previous
experience in financial services, retail or packaged goods
industries 4. Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product

select one) Up to 25% The annual base salary for this position is
$82,130 - $98,500. General Description of Available Benefits for
Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular
teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or
more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for
specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist
