Growing company in the South Charlotte area is needing an experienced customer service / sales support representative with manufacturing experience. Person will be taking orders via the phone and email. Must have strong math skills. Will be responsible for providing quotes, ensuring pricing is correct and handling questions regarding service, products and account information from existing customers. Will need to be able to analyze and address customer concerns using established procedures. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience for a manufacturing company. Position requires heavy phone work.
