Job Description:
***$20,000 signing bonus***_*Overview*_:Our private practice is
seeking a motivated, quality-oriented *General Dentist* to join our
team! We believe in *full clinical autonomy*, putting the patients
first, full-service dentistry and taking care of the community we
serve!_*Duties*_:- Perform routine dental examinations, including
oral cancer screenings and dental X-rays- Diagnose and treat dental
conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay-
Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during
procedures- Perform dental procedures, such as fillings,
extractions, root canals, and crowns- Educate patients on proper
oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Collaborate with dental
hygienists and other staff members to ensure efficient patient
care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using
electronic dental record systems- Adhere to infection control
protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment-
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing
education and professional development_*Qualifications*_:- Doctor
of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
from an accredited dental school- Valid state dental license in
good standing- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques,
and best practices- Proficiency in using dental software systems
(Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental)- Excellent communication skills
with the ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients-
Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity- Knowledge of
medical terminology, anatomy, and patient assessment techniques-
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protocolsJob
