Key Responsibilities:Policy Development & ImplementationWork
within established procedures to achieve specified goals.Human
Resources Frameworks and ToolsContribute to the drafting of Human
Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance
management, development, career and succession planning,
compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on- and offboarding,
and retention of talent.Information and Business AdviceResolve
complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by
providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the
most complex issues to others.HR Data Analytics and InsightsDeliver
analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to the creation
of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues,
enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business
performance.Employee Relations Case ManagementProvide first-line
advice to managers and employees and resolve basic Employee
Relations issues; refer complex issues, and cases that require
investigation, to senior colleagues.HR Data ManagementCarry out a
wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other
colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.Personal
Capability BuildingDevelop own capabilities by participating in
assessment and development planning activities as well as formal
and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an
understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and
industry best practices through ongoing education.Internal Client
Relationship ManagementBuild effective working relationships within
the internal client organization, delivering high-quality
professional services with guidance from senior
colleagues.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:4-year Degree in
business/human resources or equivalent study and/or
experienceMinimum 5 years of experience, preferably in
manufacturing - specializing in engineering or automotive
industries.Proven track record of success in a fast-pace,
high-volume, high-caliber environmentPrefer SHRM-CP or PHR
certificationStrong time management & organizational
skillsProficient in Microsoft Office - in particular Outlook,
