- Referral Bonus About the Position:
  - Sunday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm Shift
  - Responsible for repairs to air brakes and suspensions
  - Changing cables, drums, and operators of roll-up doors
  - Replaces flooring, roof, and side panels of trailers, welding as needed regarding trailer structure
  - Troubleshooting and repairing of electrical wiring on trailer lights
  - Responsible for repairing and maintaining all refrigeration units
  - Assists with projects related to maintaining the trailer fleet
  - Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift to 100 lbs.
  - Performs and records preventive maintenance
  - Adheres to all company and federal safety requirements
  - Assists with trailer movement with a spotter
  - May be required to perform other tasks as needed. Requirements:
    - 1-2 Years of Vocational/Technical Training in Automotive, Diesel, or Body Repair Programs
    - 1-2 Years of Hands-On Diagnosis and Repair
    - Air Conditioning Certified
    - ASE Certifications Preferred in the Following: Suspension, Air Brake, Diesel Engine
    - Experience with Electrical Repair and Diagnosis
    - Preventative Maintenance Experience Required
    - Proficient Welding Skills at Either Stick or MiG - Steel or Aluminum
