Job Summary:
A successful candidate must be able to process precision parts utilizing a Prototrak 3 Axis CNC Mill
Must be able to -

• 
  
• Program
  
• Set-Up
  
• Operate
  
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with specified blueprints
    
  • Commit to plant safety procedures and work with safety committee team members
    
  • Supports AS9100 & ISO requirements for quality policy and procedures -
    
  • Applicant must be able to work in a "Job Shop" type environment
    
    Job Requirements:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 3+ years' machining experience -
      
    • Able to program via manual, conversational or CAM software -
      
    • GD&T knowledge preferred -
      
    • Willing to work overtime as required -
      
    • Ability to work independently -
      
    • Knowledge of MasterCam is preferred
      
      Must have own basic machinist tools including but not limited to: -
      
      
      • 
        
      • Dial/Digital Calipers 0-6 minimum and Micrometer (inches and/or metric) up to 3"
        
      • Plastic/Rubber Mallet and Adjustable wrench
        
      • .0005 Indicator and Edge finder
        
      • Calculator -
        
      • 1-2-3 Precision blocks and Precision parallels
