Job Description:

*Position Summary*

This role is responsible foridentifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

*Duties and Responsibilities*

In this role, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition needs by composing and posting employment vacancies, developing recruitment sourcing plans, managing internal need and application tracking, conducting initial resume and phone screenings, recommending, and arranging interviews for hiring managers, manage the candidate recruiting process from need generation to on-boarding

--- Compose and maintain job postings on internal job boards

--- Review resumes on a daily basis

--- Conduct remote screenings, in-person interviews and new employee orientations

--- Schedule interviews

--- Gather details and draft job descriptions

--- Data entry and file management

--- Prepare and conduct functions associated with both employee onboarding and exits

--- Assist assigned business units with employment-related questions by becoming the subject matter expert for HR inquiries and needs

- Hire employees into company HRIS system.

--- Work with the other HR partners to complete projects on an as-needed basis

- Proactively source and skill market talent for company

- Compliance in all areas of the branch- Backgrounds, I9's, Everify

- Develop and implement an effective talent recruiting strategy

- Build referrals with internal employees

- Participate in local professional business and civic organizations to promote company.

- 2+ years recruiting experience

- This position works in internal office space setting inside of the plant.

- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, printer/scanner, and filing cabinets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
