Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to bridge the gap between our customers and partner carriers. In this position, you will focus on building your own book of business and expanding my client's customer base by creating logistics solutions that offer their customers the most cost-effective way to move their inventory.Responsibilities:

  • Use CRM to identify, call, and track prospects
  • Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
  • Perform a minimum of 50 cold calls per day
  • Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers
  • Additional responsibilities as neededRequirements
    • Sales or account management experience preferred but not required
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Confident decision-making skills
    • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
    • Ability to be 100% in person on-siteIdeal candidates will possess:
      • Full cycle sales experience
