Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE Assemble, wire, test and ship machines within
specified quality, cost, customer and delivery guidelines. This
role is responsible for power up and checkout of machines and may
be responsible for under power test procedures, debugging of
machine problems and resolving customer related machine issues.

to reach their full potential. Electrical Technology Assembly and
troubleshooting using Allen-Bradley Products - Servo controls, PLC,
VFD Drives, Sensors Panel building Field wiring Mechanical
Technology - Assembly of machines and assemblies containing: Gear
boxes Pulleys Bearings Tubular frames Cast iron seal bars Rubber
rollers Coated metals MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent with additional
electrical/mechanical course work and minimum of two years related
electrical or mechanical assembly experience, OR an Associates
Degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical or a related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Knowledge of and ability to read
blueprints and electrical schematics. Basic math, use of basic hand
tools, measuring devices and sizing methods Good
electrical/mechanical aptitude, familiarity with PLCs, pneumatics
and electrical test equipment. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a
team. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability
to reflect on completed tasks, identifying what worked well, what
did not and what could be done differently next time. Flexibility
to work in other areas as workload requires. Ability to work
safely, maintain positive behaviors and communicate with others in
a professional manner. Must be willing and able to work overtime as
workload requires. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements
include the ability to lift, push/pull, walk, bend, twist, crouch,
kneel, stoop, climb heights, and in and out of machines. Close
visual work. Ability to periodically lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to
stand for long durations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in
precision assembly Experience with packaging equipment and/or
systems You should be proficient in: Electrical Schematics
Blueprint Reading PLC wiring Pneumatics Machines & technologies
you'll use: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley)
