This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives- where your purpose accelerates our mission.Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Training Coordinator is a Salaried Non-Exempt position which contributes to our mission of saving and sustaining lives by providing training related support to an assigned manufacturing area.Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain VI certification area, and coordinate all area recurring training (OJT or VI qualifications) with area EEs and other departments with access to the VI room
  • Support transition and organize all area training with new employees when moved to assigned role/shift.
  • Assist area training leads/coordinators with dissemination of any new area training, updated production processes, or failure notification (nonconformances, micro out of limit investigations, etc)
  • Assist in delivery of specific on the job training and development initiatives for new hires, contractors, and employees.
  • Assist other manufacturing areas with training completion when needed.Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
    • Able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
    • Able to apply compliance knowledge and independent judgment.
    • Good attention to detail and ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
    • Highly proficient communicator, both verbal and written, and be able to convey ideas and training plan across the assigned manufacturing area.Required Education and Experience
      • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
      • Must be at least 18 years old.
      • Must have basic English, written and oral, communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.
      • Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions, read, and comprehend written work instructions - including words and drawings.
      • Must be able to perform basic mathematics.
      • Proficient in how to use a calculator and measurement tools as well as basic hand tools.
      • Must have basic computer and mathematics skills.Preferred Education and Experience
