Our client in Kings Mountain makes innovative component systems to improve performance in the commercial vehicle & heavy equipment markets. We are looking for assemblers that can heavy lift 40-50 lbs constantly. ASSEMBLER PAY RATE: Temp-$11.25, Perm-$15.47, After 60 days $16.47, Top Pay $19.87 IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR ASSEMBLER: -Must be able to lift over 40 lbs constantly & stand on your feet most of the day -Must have experience 2 +years of heavy manufacture, assembling truck cabs and/or working with heavy equipment or machinery -NO HS diploma or GED required -Must be able to work in fast paced environment & hot environment -Pass a 5-panel drug test and criminal background (felonies must be 7 y/o, no violent charges or sexual offenses) -Must be able to work overtime during the week and weekend 8-11 hrs a day are possible GREAT REFERRAL PROGRAM: -Employee making referral $100 after referral hits 30 days -Employee making referral $100 after employee hits 90 days -Referral gets $100 after they hit 90 days ATTENDANCE BONUS: -30 days with perfect attendance earn $100 -60 days with perfect attendance earn $150 -90 days with perfect attendance earn $200 ONCE HIRED PERM: Full health coverage, 401k, 30k life insurance, vacations & holidays and perfect attendance bonuses
