Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.Wealth Management Financial Crimes Risk & Control (WM FCRC) is responsible for the implementation and effective management of the financial crimes program for Wealth Management and Abbot Downing. --Wealth Management Financial Crimes Risk and Control is seeking a Compliance Consultant to be part of the program administration team. This job function will assist in key responsibilities to support and execute the WM FCRC program. Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Foster relationships across lines of business to ensure effective communication, awareness, and alignment on proactive and reactive business and client risk decisions, including emerging risk trends.
• Refine or develop business processes and controls to create scale and efficiency which promotes an exemplary risk program.
• Execute analysis of financial crimes compliance related data, metrics and qualitative factors to inform thematic reporting and program updates.
• Participate and provide support for Financial Crimes project and initiatives as needed.
• Assist with AML and OFAC Sanctions Risk Assessment deliverables for regulatory exams, audits and business control processes.
• Other tasks, as applicable
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: additional compliance, additional operational risk management, IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher in business or a related field
