our Production Team as Assembler I . For over 20 years, Microtech

I, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the
exacting standards our customers expect. Your Role As an Assembler
I , you will support daily production operations by performing
hands-on assembly and inspection tasks while following established
work instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
include: Assemble knife components and sub-assemblies accurately
and efficiently Perform basic functional testing and visual
inspections of assembled parts Follow work instructions, process
documentation, and safety procedures Handle cleaning, packaging,
and final inspection of finished products Prepare products and
components for internal transfer or shipment Organize parts, stamp
inlays, and assemble pocket clips as assigned Meet daily and weekly
production quotas without sacrificing quality Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe workstation Complete all required production
and quality documentation accurately Escalate defects, issues, or
concerns to supervision promptly What You Need to Succeed Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to use hand tools and basic assembly equipment Strong
manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination High attention to detail
and quality awareness Ability to follow written and verbal
instructions precisely Dependability, punctuality, and strong work
ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment Preferred (Not Required): Prior manufacturing or
assembly experience Familiarity with small-part or precision
assembly Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to sit or
stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand
movements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as required Must comply with
PPE, safety, and workstation requirements Manufacturing environment
with machinery, tools, and production noise What We Offer
