Job Description:
Premier Transportation, a leader in full-service trucking,
logistics, and dedicated fleet services, is seeking a dynamic and
experienced Southeast Regional Manager to join our team. This
pivotal role focuses on enhancing our operational efficiency and
service delivery across the Southeast region. The ideal candidate
will bring a strategic vision to optimize our supply chain
solutions, ensuring operational excellence and superior customer
satisfaction in one of our key markets. Oversee daily operations of
the Southeast regional logistics and transportation services.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency
and profitability. Manage and support a team of logistics and
transportation professionals ensuring high levels of engagement and
competence. Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams
to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor regional
performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as
well as company policies and procedures. Liaise with other regional
managers for harmonizing service standards across the company.
Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent strategic
planning and execution capabilities In-depth knowledge of logistics
and transportation management Proficient in industry-standard
logistics software Ability to analyze and optimize operational
processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred. Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
