kills & Knowledge Possess a broad knowledge and understanding of user experience, web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standards and practices, and WAI-ARIA for both desktop and mobile technology and Section 508. Stay abreast of accessibility regulations and compliance standards, best practices, and solutions that promote and enable accessibility. Possess exceptional written and oral communication, and technical documentation skills Ability to discern accessibility issues from design and code Ability to analyze and employ problem-solving skills to recommend the best solution Ability to analyze code for accessibility issues Knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) Mobile accessibility on various platforms including Android and IOS Ability to provide guidance and coach colleagues and clients in one on one, small group, or large forum environments
