Job Description Senior Full Stack Java Developer Charlotte, NC 24 months – hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote W2 Rate - $78-80/hr – NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY Interview process: 1 hour on-site panel interview – face to face interview Required Skills & Qualifications: 8 years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. 2 years recent experience in banking/financial Proficient with React.js, ES6, TypeScript (optional), and modern front end tooling. Hands-on experience deploying applications on Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift (OCP). Strong understanding of cloud-native principles, containers (Docker), service mesh, and API gateways. Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Tekton, ArgoCD, etc.). Deep knowledge of RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
