Job Description Middleware Messaging Infrastructure Engineer
Charlotte, NC W-2 Only 18 Months We are seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Engineering professional to support enterprise-scale
middleware and messaging platforms. This role focuses on designing,
maintaining, and optimizing highly available messaging environments
while ensuring operational stability across mission-critical
systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise
messaging platforms including IBM MQ, IBM Message Broker/ACE/IIB,
Kafka, and Solace Maintain highly available middleware
infrastructure across production environments Perform system
administration, monitoring, and incident management Automate
operational processes and improve platform reliability Collaborate
with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support
enterprise integrations Required Qualifications 7 years of
Technology Infrastructure Engineering experience 5 years managing
enterprise middleware messaging platforms (IBM MQ, ACE/IIB, Kafka,
Solace) Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical
environments Strong troubleshooting, automation, and operational
support experience Excellent collaboration and communication
skills
