leading a team to deliver technology products and services that
meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a
technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with
applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and
organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern,

Summary The Senior Technology Manager is responsible for leading
technology delivery, strategic planning, and execution across
critical applications and platforms within Bank of America. This
role provides senior?level leadership across technology teams,
ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned
with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The
role partners closely with business leaders, architecture, risk,
compliance, and engineering teams to deliver high?quality
technology solutions that support business growth, regulatory
compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy Define and drive technology
strategy aligned with business priorities and enterprise
architecture. Lead roadmap planning, platform modernization, and
application lifecycle management. Ensure solutions adhere to Bank
of America’s security, risk, and governance standards. Evaluate
emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Delivery & Execution Own end?to?end delivery for multiple
initiatives or products, ensuring predictable, high?quality
outcomes. Oversee planning, estimation, prioritization, and
execution across Agile and hybrid delivery models. Manage
dependencies, risks, and issues across cross?functional teams.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, release management, and change control
processes. People & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop
managers, engineers, and technical leads. Create a culture of
accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance
management. Encourage diversity, inclusion, and strong teamwork

Support internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
Minimum Years of Experience 8 Required Qualifications 10 years of
progressive experience in technology delivery, engineering, or
systems development. 5 years in a leadership role managing
technology teams or major initiatives. Strong hands?on background
in enterprise application development and modern technology stacks
(e.g., React, Java, APIs, integrations). Experience working in
Agile delivery models. Proven ability to manage complex,
large?scale initiatives Strong understanding of: Application
architecture and integration patterns Vendor Management CI/CD and
DevOps practices Technology risk and security concepts Excellent
communication, leadership, and decision?making skills. Desired
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience within financial
services or large regulated enterprises . Prior experience with
platform modernization, cloud migration, or API transformation
initiatives. SAFe, Scrum, PMP, or relevant cloud certifications.
Ability to influence across senior leadership and drive

benefits information Pay range $135,900.00 - $220,000.00 annualized
salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and
skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible
