We are looking to build a team of Agentic AI / Generative AI Engineers passionate about building Agentic Workflows for business process transformation in Banking domain. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Developer with deep expertise in Generative AI, AWS cloud services, and modern front-end development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent, scalable applications using cutting-edge AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using Generative AI frameworks such as Langchain and LangGraph. Integrate and optimize Amazon Bedrock and Vector Databases for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows. Build and maintain scalable backend services using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, EventBridge, and EKS. Develop responsive and user-friendly web portals using ReactJS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions. Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security in cloud-native environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock. Strong understanding of Vector Databases (e.g., PGVector, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Hands-on expertise in AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, EventBridge, and EKS. Experience in front-end development using ReactJS. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools. Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment strategies.
