Production Support

Position Summary

We are seeking am Entry-Level Release Coordinator to support software delivery and change management activities across our banking platforms.
This role will assist in coordinating production releases, ensuring compliance with enterprise change management standards and facilitating smooth deployments across development, testing and production environments.
Release coordinator collaborates with development, production support, implementation teams and other stakeholdersto facilitate the planning, approval and successful deployment of production changes.This function is essential for timely and accurate delivery of both Projects and BAU changes across technical teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications.Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $15 - $20 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
