Job Description:

We're looking for an enthusiastic servant leader for our sales team who finds joy in helping others succeed while also providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
As our Sales Manager the core of your responsibilities would be:
--- Lead, motivate, and coach our sales team to achieve success for the business and individually
--- Work with the sales team to provide a positive and rewarding experience for our customers
--- Organize and emphasize product training, sales training, and continuing education
--- Create and maintain systems to improve clienteling and proactive selling
--- Establish and monitor sales goals for each sales team member helping them to achieve success
--- Work with team to create, organize and implement various sales and jewelry events
--- Schedule staff to maximize efficient use of time and service to our customers

Qualifications:
--- At least 5 years of experience motivating, training, and helping your team succeed. Retail sales management experience is a plus
--- Jewelry, diamond, and gemstone knowledge. Gemological Institute of America training is a plus
--- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Word and Excel
--- History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals and helping others achieve theirs
--- Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred but not required
--- Willingness to participate in a non-profit or civic organization in the community

Located in Gastonia, NC we are two hours from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and four hours from the Carolina Coast while being part of the Charlotte Metro area, taking advantage of the big city amenities while being in a smaller town environment.



We are a 30-year-old full-service jeweler providing fine jewelry, art jewelry, extensive custom jewelry design, repair, and restoration. We have become the 'go-to' jeweler with a team comprised of highly trained jewelers, an exceptional in-house CAD designer, an experienced custom design specialist, and a Graduate Gemologist.
