The Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for working collaboratively
within the healthcare team to provide comprehensive social work
services, particularly focusing on shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:00
PM. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Registered Nurse
Care Managers (RNCM). Demonstrate strong documentation skills.
Exhibit excellent communication skills. Ability to shift attention
between tasks effectively. Build trust with team members, patients,
and their families. Requirements: Business attire dress code.
Experience with Cerner, Nate, and Ensocare documentation systems.
