registered nurse in a medical-surgical unit. The unit has 39 beds
and serves adult and geriatric patients. Common diagnosis and
treatments include fractures, chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease, hypertension, chest pain, congestive heart failure, and
infections. Patient-to-nurse ratios are designed to ensure quality
care. Candidates must be comfortable with electronic health record
systems. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has strong clinical
skills, and demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care.
Dress code requires navy blue scrubs for RNs. The position
necessitates weekend shifts and may involve floating to other units
