Patient-to-nurse ratios are designed to ensure quality care. Candidates must be comfortable with electronic health record systems. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has strong clinical skills, and demonstrates a commitment to patient-centered care. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs for RNs.
