CT Tech Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,372 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30-07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: ARRT (R) Certifications: Required Must-Have: Candidates must have skills in all areas of CT Imaging, including diagnostic scans and invasive procedures. Experience in ED trauma and stroke imaging is required. Description: This position involves working in a CT imaging unit. The facility has a total of 800 beds. The number of staff varies by shift, day, or week. Day shift generally has 5 staff Technologists and a supervisor. Evening shift has 4-5 Technologists and a Rad Assistant. Night shift consists of 2-3 Technologists and a Rad Assistant. Equipment includes GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors. The EMR system used is Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS. Candidates with GE experience, invasive CT skills, cardiac imaging experience, and venipuncture skills will be prioritized. Typical procedures performed include neuro, MSK, body imaging, and invasive cardiac imaging. Pediatric imaging is also conducted. The ideal candidate is a team player who can also work independently. Self-motivation is crucial for this role. Potential weekend shifts and rotation to another shift may be required. There may be occasional on-call duty, approximately 12 hours per month.
