Ureteroscopy and General Adult Urology Cases Required ·
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
EPIC · Certifications Required: BC (board certified), Basic Life
Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric
Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) ·
