Assist in the delivery of patient care under the guidance of registered nurses Document patient data and assist with medical procedures Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Support patient and family needs by providing education and emotional support Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes Basic clinical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow complex instructions Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required at the time of hire.
