Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months. • 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. • Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months • ASN completion required Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. • 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), general medical/surgical skillset – care of patients with tubes/drains, IV start skills, blood products, wound care/dressing changes, etc. Required Credentials: ASN/BSN Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free Special Requests: RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays – must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours Shift & Scheduling: - Shift start time 6:45pm - Weekend rotation: every other - Call: Potential to be placed on low census call.
