Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Pass/Fail EKG exam
required during onboarding. Epic charting system experience
required. Previous Charge RN experience preferred. Description: We
are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in
Medical/Surgical/Telemetry. This position involves working night
shifts with a patient ratio of 6:1. The patient population will be
primarily Medical/Surgical, with some Telemetry monitoring
involved. Nurses will care for adults and geriatric patients
presenting a variety of diagnoses, including respiratory
conditions, diabetes, surgical observations, and end-of-life care.
All travelers will be subject to float across various facilities if
necessary. Nurses must be flexible with scheduling and adhere to a
zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.
Preferences include experience in charge nursing roles, as well as
strong telemetry skills. Ideal candidates will be proficient in EKG
interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Key skills required
for this role include IV management, wound care, and use of
respiratory support equipment. Candidates should be prepared to
pass an EKG exam during the onboarding process, with two attempts
