Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for
our Spine Unit. This role requires a compassionate professional who
can deliver care with expertise, integrity, and a patient-first
mentality. As part of our team, the LPN will have the opportunity

providing specialized care to patients with spinal conditions. Our
facility is equipped with the latest technologies and staffed by a

patient outcomes. Your role will involve direct patient care,
support for diagnostics and treatment procedures, and collaboration
with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Administer
nursing care to patients with spinal disorders and injuries.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients'
conditions. Coordinate with healthcare teams to assess, plan,
implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Assist in the
development and modification of patient treatment plans as
indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Maintain accurate
patient health records and report any discrepancies to the
attending doctor. Administer prescribed medications and observe and
document their effects. Educate patients and their families on
spinal health maintenance and disease prevention. Proficient in
patient health assessment techniques Ability to operate specialized
medical equipment within a spinal unit Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Capable of working independently and within a team Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license CPR
certification Specialty certification in spinal care nursing is
preferred
