Assess, diagnose, and treat critically ill patients to manage complex, life-threatening illnesses across diverse medical disciplines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various specialties to formulate treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes. Monitor and stabilize patients, adapting treatment plans as patient needs evolve. Engage family members in the treatment process, providing detailed updates and supportive care recommendations. Maintain high standards of care, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines for critical care medicine. Expertise in ventilator management Proficiency in advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation Comprehensive understanding of infection control practices Excellent decision-making skills under pressure Ability to lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Board Certified/Eligible in Critical Care Medicine Valid medical license in the state of Texas or eligible for transfer
