experienced NICU Registered Nurses is available for a rewarding
contract position in Shelby, NC. This role is specifically designed
for skilled nurses who thrive in a specialized neonatal care
environment within a Level III and/or Level IV NICU setting.

Delivering specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level III
and/or Level IV NICU - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement patient care plans - Monitoring infants
responses and adjusting care plans accordingly - Maintaining
accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EMR (preferred
experience) - Participating in shift changes and adhering to
protocols to ensure continuity of care Qualifications and Desired
Experience: - Current NC State or Compact RN licensure required -
Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience - Certifications: BLS,
NRP, Stable required - Experience with EMR systems, preferably
Meditech - Ability to work night shifts, minimum of every other
weekend (Fri-Sat-Sun) - Willingness to work a 3x12-hour night shift
schedule with option to flex to a fourth shift; overtime available
after 48 hours - Submission of Qualivis Cover Sheet and current
NURSYS report, including all requested time off documentation

same bill rate - Blocked schedule requests will be considered to
