Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract Certified Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Unit Specifics: - Number of Beds : 4 - Type of equipment : GE Carescape Monitoring, Fuji u/s - Documentation system: Cerner - Floating policy: Within scope of practice and experience - Patient Experience requirements: Critical Care experience a must, PreOp experience a plus Hospital Specifics- - Certifications: BLS Procedures performed on unit: large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement. Transport patient to OR; assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep Resource pool, travel assignments, and per diem available as well
