Certification Must-Have: Experience in a hospital or nursing home
setting. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist
to join our rehabilitation services team. The focus of this
position is on providing high-quality care to patients in a rehab
setting. The unit is equipped with typical rehabilitation equipment
for patient treatment. Treatment sessions may occur in patient
rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and a rehab gym. Documentation will
be completed using a recognized system. This position requires
scheduling 40 hours of work per week. Candidates must be willing to
float between different patient care areas as needed. Effective
communication with the rehab team on patients’ progress and
discharge needs is essential. The ideal candidate will have
experience conducting physical therapy evaluations and establishing
care plans. Participation in patient rounds and care conferences is
part of the routine responsibilities. Our team values collaboration
