Job Description:

professionals to apply for the role of Trauma Nurse Lead. As a
pivotal part of our healthcare team, you will oversee the trauma
care units across our expansive network, ensuring the highest
standards of patient care and clinical efficiency. This leadership
position requires a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and
management skills to guide a team of nurses and support staff
within a fast-paced, challenging environment. The Trauma Nurse Lead
will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver
excellent trauma care, align with our mission to improve human life
by providing exceptional patient-centered medical service. Manage
the trauma unit operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare
regulations and hospital policies. Lead, mentor, and evaluate
nursing staff to enhance professional development and maintain high
standards of nursing care. Coordinate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to facilitate integrated, comprehensive care for
trauma patients. Participate in the development and implementation
of trauma care protocols and education programs. Conduct regular
reviews of patient care processes and implement improvements.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and the efficient allocation of
resources. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in
accordance with legal and ethical standards. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Advanced understanding of trauma nursing care standards and
protocols Ability to work effectively under pressure in a
high-stress environment Proficiency in using medical software and
patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license valid in the state of employment. Certification in Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification from the Trauma Nurse
Core Course (TNCC). Board certification in specialty area (e.g.,
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)) preferred.
