Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA), a leading travel healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our dynamic team. The Operating Room Nurse will be instrumental in ensuring patient safety, preparing for surgeries, and assisting surgeons during procedures. This role is ideal for those passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services while embracing the adventure of travel. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary supplies and surgical tools are available and sterile. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile supplies. Monitor patient vital signs and conditions during surgical procedures. Coordinate with surgical teams to plan and implement patient care before, during, and after surgeries. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections. Provide preoperative and postoperative education and support to patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent ability to monitor and ensure patient safety Proficient in using medical software for documentation Superb coordination and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the U.S. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
